The 3M Impact Global Vietnam HCMC 2024 program has officially closed with meaningful marks. Taking place from March 4 to 15, 2024, the program gave Teach For Vietnam (TFV) the opportunity to meet 3M’s skills-based volunteer team from different countries including:
- Ms. Susa Helppi – HR Operations Leader, 3M Finland
- Mr. Gilbert Lanig – Project Manager, 3M Germany
- Mr. Tarun Dubey – Web Deployment Specialist, 3M Poland
- Ms. Kasia Witaszek – Senior Workforce Administration Coordinator, 3M Poland
Even though we only worked together in two weeks, the 3M volunteer team listened to and understood the work TFV has been doing and the difficulties TFV is facing. Thanks to that, TFV has received advice and multi-dimensional perspectives from the consulting volunteer team. This helps TFV step further in our journey to bring equitable and quality education to children in difficult and border areas.
Many thanks to the 3M Impact Global volunteer team for accompanying us throughout the two-week journey. The enthusiastic support and valuable advice of the team have created great motivation for us to continue to strengthen TFV’s operations and help TFV be sustainable in the future. At the same time, TFV also sincerely thanks Pyxera Global for connecting TFV and 3M through the 3M Impact Global HCMC 2024 program. Although the program has ended, the journey to create positive impacts will continue.
