The Leadership Development Fellowship
To develop young leaders-to-be from many different professions. Fellows become full-time teachers for 2 years in public schools and play a leading role in creating positive impacts in the classroom, school, and community.
We have made positive impacts to 31.964 students, 527 local teachers, 50 local authorities, 47 schools and more than 2.000 parents.
