Le Hong Phuc

Mr. Le Hong Phuc boasts 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management. Currently serving as the Deputy General Director overseeing human resources at Novaland Group. He is also the Founder and Chairman of the Vietnam Human Resources Club (VNHR), the largest human resources club in Vietnam. Previously, he held HR director roles at prominent companies like Intel, Samsung, Avery Dennison, American Standard, and ICI Paints. Additionally, he held the position of Chairman of the Human Resources Council at the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Ho Chi Minh City.
